Terms of service

Last updated 11 September 2026

These terms apply when you use Kenny, at https://trykenny.com. By creating an account or paying for a subscription you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Kenny does

Kenny reads your shop, writes and designs social media posts from your products, and publishes them to the accounts you connect, on a schedule you set. You stay responsible for what goes out under your name. You can review each post before it publishes, edit it, or skip it, and you can switch to autopilot when you trust it.

Your account

Connected accounts

You connect Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and similar accounts through their official sign-in, handled by our publishing partner. We never see your passwords. You can disconnect an account at any time from the app or from the platform's own settings. Each platform's own terms also apply to what is posted there.

Your content

Your products, photos, product copy and past posts stay yours. You give Kenny a licence to read them, to create posts from them, and to publish those posts to your accounts, only for the purpose of running your subscription. The posts Kenny makes for you are yours to keep and use.

What you must not do

Payment

Kenny costs a flat monthly fee per shop, shown on the pricing page at the time you buy. Prices include every connected channel with no credits and no per-post charges. Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Availability

We aim to publish every scheduled post on time and we log every attempt. Social platforms change their rules and their APIs, and sometimes a post fails for reasons outside our control. When that happens Kenny retries, tells you in the Monday count, and leaves the post ready to copy and post by hand. We do not promise specific reach, followers or sales.

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can. When your account closes we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

Kenny is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Kenny after that date means you accept the new terms.
