Privacy policy

This policy explains what data Kenny collects, what it is used for, and what happens to it when you leave. The short version: we collect what we need to run your shop's posts, we never sell it, and we never use it to train anything for anyone else.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name, email address and billing details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never store your card number.
- Your shop. Product names, descriptions, prices, photos and pages that Kenny reads from the shop address you give us, plus the rules and voice settings you set.
- Connected accounts. The access tokens the platforms give us when you sign in, the posts Kenny publishes, and the reach and engagement numbers the platforms report back.
- Usage. Basic logs of what you do in the app, such as approving or skipping a post, so we can support you and fix problems.
What we use it for
- To write, design, schedule and publish posts for your shop.
- To send you the Monday count and any post that needs your attention.
- To bill your subscription and answer support requests.
- To keep the service secure and working.
We do not use your products, photos or posts to train machine learning models, and we do not share them with other customers.
Who sees it
Only the people and services needed to run Kenny: our hosting and database providers, our payment provider, the AI model provider that helps write and lay out posts, and the publishing partner that connects your social accounts. Each one handles your data under its own contract with us and only for the purpose above. We do not sell data and we do not give it to advertisers.
Social platforms
When you connect an account, the platform's own privacy policy applies to what happens on that platform. You can revoke Kenny's access at any time from inside the app or from the platform's settings, and we stop publishing to that account immediately.
Where it lives and how long
Your data is stored on servers in the European Union and the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep it for as long as your subscription is active. When you close your account, or 30 days after a cancelled subscription ends, we delete your shop data, your posts and your connected account tokens. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@trykenny.com and we reply within a few working days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
Kenny uses a login cookie to keep you signed in and privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages people use. We do not run advertising cookies.

We may update this policy. If a change matters, we email you first.
